Niloufer has been educated in India and Canada and holds an Honours Bachelors Degree in Sociology, a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Post-graduate Diploma in Communication Studies. Niloufer conducts corporate training sessions, psychometric testing and corporate counselling for individuals and groups. In the past she has worked in Vancouver, Canada in programs run by the Ministry of Social Services, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of the Attorney General. She has been part of various initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusivity, cross cultural awareness and sensitization training, sexual harassment policy and sensitization sessions on the issue. She is well versed in the training of ICC members and staff on Awareness and Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Sensitivity Training for employees as every level of the hierarchy.
