Debanshu is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC-GLOBAL) from the 'International Council of Management Consulting Institutes' with over 21 years of experience with broad based expertise in Transformational Leadership through Business Excellence, Strategic Planning & Process Deployment through practical approaches, Strategic Brand Management, Business Development and Performance Management Initiatives.

A Qualified External Assessor from Tata Quality Mgmt. Services for Business Excellence and Consulting experience in varied domains of Service Sector, Non-profit, IT & Data. He also has work experience in diverse domains of Telecom, Retail, Durables and Automobiles and has also gained knowledge in Data Analytics, Strategic Brand Management, Leveraging Social Media for Corporate’s, Developing Channels & strategic initiatives to improve customer service levels.

Debanshu is also a member of the Institute of Management Consultants of India and an active member of the managing committee of IMCI, Gujarat Chapter and a member with Ahmedabad Management Association as well.

He has earlier worked with Sai InfoSystem (India) Ltd as Vice President-Operations heading Telecom Ops. & VAS at the Corporate Office. He was responsible for overall Telecom operations for BSNL / MTNL Joint venture for Video Telephony along with VAS Development, Marketing & Integration at Corporate Level.

Prior to that, he has worked with Tata Teleservices Ltd. at various Circle leadership positions for Retail and HNI Business in Gujarat. During the tenure he became a qualified external assessor of Tata Business Excellence Model for Tata Group and successfully completed 2 TBEM assessments and received Letter of Appreciation from M.D.

Debanshu has also worked as Branch Manager for V.I.P Industries &, Blow Past Ltd.

Academically he has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Pondicherry University and has a Diploma in Management from NMIMS, Mumbai
